When Is It Time To Get A Virtual Assistant?

Everyone keeps asking me about my new virtual assistant and I keep having to type this over and over so I figured I'd just put it up on this page.

I'm using a service owned by a friend of mine who lives a few minutes from me in Cleveland. His name is David and he owns www.virtualhires.com (not affiliate link). His girlfriend Rosemary runs the day-to-day. Normally I wouldn't endorse products unless I've used them or know personally the owners. In this case, I have done both. These are good people who I trust and are very smart.

Rosemary matched me up with a virtual assistant named Migs. All of their assistants are from the Philippines. Why? Because they are taught English from first grade and have hardly an accent. Plus, the assistants they hire are only professionals already. So, my guy Migs is a writer/manager already. So it's not like they're hiring people off the street. These are pre-qualified professional people. Not just "mindless assistants". I love getting my end of day checklist of tasks.

You pay monthly for as many assistants as you want, or just one. If things go well I'll get another one for sure. It's VERY affordable and frankly, if you think you're going to get this type of work done by someone in the USA for that price, you're crazy. I know, I've tried.

In the first few days alone I've had my guy go out and first do some research for me and compile an Excel sheet of all of my competitors and their pricing. The second day, I had him write two 500+ word custom/unique articles about podcasts and business blogging. And these are good articles, not junk. I was blown away.

Update: I'm much further into my time with my assistant, and I can't believe I didn't do this years ago.

I'm paying $995/month. $250/week for this kind of work? No brainer. So far, so good. I highly recommend it. www.virtualhires.com. Use my name for discount. Just call Rosemary and chat with her, she'll explain it all. Call 1-877-241-2488.

Let me know how it goes.
